Exchange Policy

For Orders Not Yet Shipped:
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to exchange it for a different color or size, you may contact our customer service team to make the change, provided the item is still in stock. Exchanges are only allowed for the same item and not for other products.

For Orders That Have Been Shipped:
If your order has already been shipped, you may apply for a return upon receiving the item. Afterward, you can place a new order to minimize waiting time and ensure the desired item is still available.

Free Shipping for Exchanges:
We offer free shipping on all exchange orders! We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. However, the return shipping cost for the original item must be borne by the customer. Thank you for your support, and happy shopping!

Return Policy

15-Day Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from KAMILAN, you may apply for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached. After submitting your return request, the return package must be sent within 5 days and the tracking number provided to customer service. If this deadline is not met, the return request will be automatically canceled.

Specific Conditions for Returns:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos so that we can verify the issue and provide a suitable solution.

  • Non-Quality Issue Returns: For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.

Order Cancellation:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to cancel it, and we will process your request promptly. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notes

The following situations are not considered quality issues:

  • Loose buttons, threads, thickness, texture, or color differences due to display variations;

  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or change in personal preference;

  • Damage resulting from improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other human factors;

  • Returns due to sizing issues.

Return Address (Important):
The address shown on the package is not our return address. Returns sent to an unauthorized address will not be refunded. For returns or refunds, please contact our customer service team (service@kamilan.com) to obtain the correct return address before sending your package.

Return Package Tracking:
After sending your return package, please email us a photo of the package. We will notify you once we have received and processed the return. Please ensure you provide a traceable tracking number so that the package arrives safely and promptly.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation (Not Yet Shipped):
Refunds for canceled orders that have not been shipped will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment account.

Returned Orders:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3–8 business days.
